Included in the parcel will be a box of 6 assorted truffles with flavours including Guinness Caramel, Whiskey and Marmalade and Rum & Raisin for example. The accompanying tasting notes will describe the chocolates and provide a little explanation of how they are made too.
There will also be a couple of chocolate slabs topped with ingredients such as crystalised ginger, mixed nuts or zingy, freeze-dried raspberries. And, if you’re lucky and he feels like sharing his stash with you, there will also be a bag of chocolate-dipped honeycomb and a couple of chocolate lollipops too (the mini marshmallow lollipops are great for stirring in a mug of hot milk for a perfect hot chocolate drink!
