This is a beautiful, dark chocolate with high cocoa content (75% minimum for example, for Tanzanie) that is designed to slow you down. To get the best out of this chocolate – and to recognise that dark chocolate takes more time to melt which is when it gives-up its flavours – just sit a small piece on your tongue and let it melt slowly. It will do this when it reaches your body temperature.
So this is all about taking time over your chocolate and really concentrating on it too: ‘mindfulness chocolate’ perhaps!
