This handmade chocolate provides you with a sumptuous mix of fresh rhubarb and locally distilled London Dry Gin. All wrapped up in chocolate. What more could you want from a chocolate? The ganache filling is made simply using a rich, dark milk chocolate (40%) and rhubarb puree. So, one of your ‘five-a-day’ of course. The gin doesn’t blow your socks off so much as give you a gentle kick at the end of your mouthful. All wrapped in a handmade milk chocolate shell decorated with white tigers’ stripes and a dusting of scarlet.
