Peppermint

This peppermint truffle is made using the finest peppermint oils or, when in season, the fresh leaves of garden mint – for an altogether more organic flavour. I wrap this in a handmade dark or milk chocolate shell which I decorate with a splash of green cocoa butter and a silver shimmer.
